Because every machine we sell is customized to specific requirements, we are in the broadest sense a solutions provider, helping companies do business more efficiently and profitably. Once purchased, Fitzpatrick machines are backed by a responsive team of technicians who support aftersales activities.

Training in usage and maintenance of the equipment by a qualified Fitzpatrick engineer can be provided. After the training is successfully completed, a training certificate is issued.

Fitzpatrick engineers have the technical expertise and the experience to assist customers in determining process criteria, and are able to recommend solutions that meet the operational requirements.

Should you need technical assistance, Fitzpatrick’s service department is always ready to provide expert consultation on equipment specifications, operation or maintenance. Technicians are also available to provide on site technical support.

Once purchased a Fitzpatrick machine, we can offer you a tailor-made maintenance contract. With such contracts, a service engineer is visiting your site to replace wear parts of the equipment and to perform an overall inspection of the equipment to ensure that the equipment is running in a correct way. After the visit, a service report will be drawn up, in which special remarks and advice from the service engineer will be included.

A visit of our service engineer gives you also the opportunity to discuss the overall process. In many cases this has resulted in process improvements and higher process efficiency. Many customers have experienced the added value of this maintenance contract.
